Package xfce4-session also owns file
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-session.xml
Package xfce4-settings also owns file:
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xsettings.xml
Package lxqt-common also owns file:
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfwm4.xml
etc.
Therefore consider the Debian defaults.
