There is none. You can run swapon -s or cat /proc/swaps to verify.

Both the Gateway and Workstation have no swap.

Not yet available for download. Even developers-only builds aren't fully
bootable yet. Development on going. That's the recent topics on Whonix
Host Operating system and Hardened Debian in Whonix development forums
recently.

There is none indeed for VMs but it has to be re-checked once/if Whonix-Host becomes a thing.

Whonix-Host considerations:

Calamares does not support swap files yet.

Encrypted swap file may not be compatible with hibernation to disk?

Strong rationale to avoid an encrypted swap partition?
