whonixcheck runs as user whonixcheck so we might need a wrapper which gets called using sudo with sudoers.d exception for this test.

^ I hope this won't be causing issues in future such as when user/group changes from debian-tor to something else (very unlikely?) or when advanced users change user/group ownership for some reason (very unlikely?).
