The repository at https://github.com/whonix/qubes-template-whonix lacks a COPYING file in the repo, even though there are references to the nonexistent file in other files. While Whonix itself is clearly licensed under GPLv3, it would be useful to also have a COPYING file in this specific repository, so that re-users can be sure that their use is covered by a free software license.
