Now that grub-enable-apparmor gets simplified, the unrelated settings it applied should be put into separate packages.

The grub-output-verbose package should remove "quiet" from GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT using /etc/default/grub.d in order to enable verbose output during boot. For better usability, so it doesn't look like boot hangs on slow systems and to ease debugging in case of issues.
